TITLE:  Customer Support Representative


LOCATION:  Yerevan, Armenia

JOB DESCRIPTION:  Joomag AM LLC is looking for talented Customer Support Representatives to deliver outstanding service and maintain high customer satisfaction.

- Respond to a wide array of support questions from customers via e-mail and livechat;
- Interact with customers to understand requirements and maximize customer satisfaction;
- Work closely with the Senior Engineers to troubleshoot issues and implement fixes;
- Carry out effective communication with customers concerning technical, billing and sales inquiries.

- Excellent knowledge of English language;
- Ability to work night shifts;
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/ respond to different types of characters;
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation techniques;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively;
- Bachelor's degree.

- Native or bilingual proficiency of English language;
- Proven customer support experience;
- Familiarity with CRM and Helpdesk systems.

REMUNERATION/ SALARY:  3 months, 6 months and annual reviews; performance bonus; Premium Health Insurance program; flexible vacation and time-off policy: paid holidays, days off and sick days.
