TITLE:  Repossessed Collateral Manager

LOCATION:  Yerevan, Armenia

JOB DESCRIPTION:  The job holder is responsible for managing properties pledged to the Bank, which may or have already become secondary means of repayment for non-performing or impaired assets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for periodic analyses of securities held in the Bank's loan portfolio and timely recommendations on property acquisitions;
- Prepare acquisition papers with appropriate assessment of financial and non-financial details and acquisition recommendation;
- Manage the securities acquired by the Bank including site visits and assessment of any inherent risks (e.g. safety, representational, sustainability, etc.);
- Liaise with real estate agencies, bankruptcy managers and panel valuers; monitor property prices in public auctions and arrange related documentary works/ agreements;
- Arrange site visits with prospective buyers and/ or coordinate such kind of activities with real estate agency representatives, bankruptcy managers and other related parties as appropriate;
- Arrange periodic revaluations of properties and respective insurance coverages for managed properties;
- Responsible for a proactive identification and achievement of security disposals through high quality customer communication and marketing arrangements;
- Prepare quarterly reports to illustrate the deals carried out during the reporting period, portfolio analyses and other arrangements/ tasks.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics or other relevant field;
- At least 4-5 years of related work experience in banking and/ or business environment with exposure to real estate market industry;
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and problem solving skills; presentation and promoting/ sales skills;
- Sound knowledge of local real estate market and macroeconomic trends; extensive experience in property sale and purchase deal execution;
- Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines; ability to work with ambiguity and complexity; a self-starter with high energy and enthusiasm;
- Strategic thinker with the ability to create innovative ideas; a positive and balanced outlook with the ability to make decisions in complex and difficult situations;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and an ability to quickly adapt to new software applications.
