TITLE:  Call Center Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement consultations regarding the Bank services;
- Implement sales via telephone;
- Provide service to current and potential customers through online consultant service;
- Implement telephone surveys in order to reveal customer demands.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Higher education;
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages; knowledge of French language is desired;
- Computer skills;
- Ability to engage in team work;
- Sales skills.
