TITLE:  Commercial Director

TERM:  Full-time


DURATION:  Permanent, with 3 months of probation period.

LOCATION:  Yerevan, Armenia

JOB DESCRIPTION:  Ginosi Apartels is looking for an experienced Commercial Director who will be able to add value and be part of the Company's growth by identifying new commercial opportunities by promoting and expanding the Company's commercial activity that will lead to sustainable growth. The Commercial Director will be directly reporting to CEO/ Co-Founder.

- Implement strategies to drive revenue and ultimately business growth;
- Ensure a full growth pipeline and identify new market opportunities;
- Carry out commercial viability assessment and due diligence when reviewing a new core product and auxiliary sales projects;
- Review existing/ ending contracts and propose optimal renewal terms;
- Head relationship management with key partners and personally provide directorial level of relationship management;
- Streamline lead generation processes and enable Acquisitions Teams to pursue leads effectively;
- Make commercial recommendations to the Executives;
- Conduct budgeting and PO management;
- Review of the existing pricing policy;
- Weigh in on the commercial impact of internal projects; ensure overall profitability of the Company;
- Architect and periodically evaluate an optimal team structure for the Commercial and Acquisitions Teams;
- Ensure optimal interactions with the Design, Operations and Legal Teams as well as external service providers to cover all needs and gaps of new and ongoing projects.

- MS in Business Administration, Finance or a relevant field;
- At least 5 years of work experience in a relevant role; proven experience as a Commercial Director;
- Proven experience in sales and/ or marketing and managing relationships with key clients;
- Ability to consider short-term and long-term implications and plans accordingly, as well as an ability to see the big picture, anticipate and lead trends and develop far-reaching objectives;
- In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis;
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/ budgeting processes;
- Familiarity with hospitality business models is an advantage;
- Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset;
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in English language, both verbal and written.
