TITLE:  Customer Service Specialist

LOCATION:  Yerevan, Armenia

JOB DESCRIPTION:  CMX Solutions GmbH is looking for a motivated candidate for the position of Customer Service Specialist to expand its team in Yerevan.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Handle incoming requests from customers professionally and ensure that issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly;
- Efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs;
- Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to, billing, placing print orders, and system troubleshooting;
- Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone/ email and other communication channels;
- Use automated information systems to analyze the customer's situation;
- Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making;
- Handle issues in the best interest of both: customer and Company;
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience;
- Responsible for compiling and generating reports as they relate to customer contacts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent knowledge of German language is mandatory/ at least B2 Level;
- Knowledge of English language or any other Western European language is considered as an advantage;
- Strong, young and dynamic personality;
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction;
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for treating and caring for customers;
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing;
- Pleasant, patient and friendly attitude;
- Strong detail orientation, and communicative/ listening skills;
- Willingness to work with a flexible schedule and overtime when needed;
- Possess a strong work ethic and a team player mentality.
