JOB DESCRIPTION
: 
"Vardanyan and Partners" law firm is looking for an English-speaking assistant to deliver timely, accurate, and professional service to customers via phone, email and chat during normal working hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: 
- Communicate with customers verbally and in writing;
- Educate and guide customers, determine their needs and identify problems, assist them with selecting the right services, do necessary follow-ups;
- Update customer records in the computer system.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- Excellent knowledge of English and Armenian languages; good knowledge of Russian language is preferred;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and positive attitude.
