JOB DESCRIPTION
: 
"Sard" chain store is looking for an Advertising Manager to perform research to find the target audience, hold focus groups, outline goals, develop concepts, create storyboards, approve copywriting, and set budgets for ad campaigns. He/ she will work on a variety of products and activities, such as websites, advertising, books, magazines, posters, product packaging, exhibitions and displays, corporate communications and corporate identity, i.e. giving organization a visual 'brand'. The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines. The incumbent must have a keen eye for details and a creative mind.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: 
- Inform public about the Company's goods and services;
- Develop advertising campaigns, including TV ads, commercials, ads for radio, banner, Internet ads;
- Perform technical tasks related to the advertising and develop creative advertising solutions;
- Prepare and supervise the production of publicity brochures, handouts, promotional videos, devise and coordinate photo opportunities;
- Organize events, including press conferences, exhibitions, presentations;
- Responsible for the search engine optimization (SEO) of the Company's website;
- Design, manage and implement the Company's social media marketing activities (SMM);
- Create, manage and track the Company's Internet advertising campaigns (SEM).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising or in a related field such as Marketing; however, those with a bachelor’s degree in another field who have pursued technical training in graphic design, courses in advertising, business administration, creative and technical writing may also apply;
- Work experience in digital marketing, in advertising development and media management;
- Excellent understanding of online marketing strategies and tools;
- Computer skills: use specialized graphic design software to prepare appropriate designs;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages, both written and verbal;
- Creativity: must be able to think of new approaches to communicating ideas to consumers;
- Develop unique designs that convey a recognizable meaning on behalf of the Company;
- High level of creativity, highly motivated individual that can work independently without any guidance;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak and listen, as well as clearly express ideas;
- Analytical skills: because the advertising industry changes with the rise of digital media, advertising, promotions manager must be able to analyze industry trends to determine the most promising strategies for the organization;
- Ability to make swift decisions, work through stressful situations and solve problems quickly;
- Time-management skills: work on multiple projects at the same time, each with a different deadline.
