JOB DESCRIPTION
: 
Guess Armenia is looking for a Brand/ Store Manager to execute all the necessary tasks to promote the brand in Armenian market. The candidate must possess good leadership skills and have experience in marketing, sales and retail.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: 
- Oversee daily operations of the Company and employee productivity;
- Plan and monitor budgets;
- Monitor stock and sales performance;
- Plan and implement marketing activities, advertising campaigns, sales and special offers;
- Manage social media account;
- Attend seasonal buying sessions and place orders;
- Prepare reports for international partners and local management;
- Ensure good visualization and merchandising of the Store;
- Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff;
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner;
- Develop and arrange promotional materials and in-store displays;
- Responsible for written and oral communication in English language;
- Perform other job-related tasks.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- University degree in Management, Marketing or Economics;
- Work experience in a similar position;
- Keen interest in fashion and understanding of the industry;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team;
- Ability to travel abroad.
