JOB DESCRIPTION
: 
Child Protection Case Manager will be responsible for overall assurance of Child Safeguarding in ARCS and Child Protection Case Management activities implementation working closely with relevant focal point under Values, Power and Inclusion Priority Strategic area of ARCS.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: 
- Conduct mapping of organizations involved in child protection and child in risk support in Armenia considering also the displaced and refugee children context;
- Regularly update ARCS Child Protection Case Management SOP;
- Ensure ARCS Child Safeguarding policy is communicated to staff and volunteers;
- Conduct awareness sessions for staff and volunteers on ARCS Child Safeguarding Policy;
- Develop child in risk identification and referrals mechanisms for displaced and refugee children;
- Closely cooperate with Protection, Gender, Inclusion focal point to ensure child safeguarding policy is considered and implemented;
- Implement Child Cases Management according to SOP and Data Protection requirements;
- Organize individual case discussions for involved partners for urgent cases;
- Participate in information sessions and trainings organized for beneficiaries, staff and volunteers;
- Prepare reports on individual cases and file them according to standards · Prepare regular narrative reports;
- Implement other tasks assigned by Head of department.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Social Work / specialization in Child Protection/ or other relevant field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in child protection case management;
- Knowledge of RA Child Protection System;
- Familiarity with Child Protection Case Management principles and standards;
- Knowledge of existing child in risk identification and referral tools and mechanisms in RA;
- Demonstrated ability to work well as part of an interdisciplinary team;
- Demonstrated ability to work in a diverse environment;
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Armenian;
- Computer skills (in MS Office);
- Adherence to ARCS values and principles.
