JOB DESCRIPTION
: 
Freighthaul invites dynamic, empathetic people with excellent knowledge of English language and problem-solving skills to join its team of Night Shift Customer Support Representatives. The incumbent will be answering inquiries of customers, providing them with complete information and offering quick and optimal solutions to their requests.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: 
- Answer inquiries from customers solving problems and providing outstanding customer support continuously;
- Provide assistance and information to customers, answer their questions, suggesting solutions or redirecting requests to other relevant staff;
- Answer calls, enter client information into the database, verify information and maintain the database;
- Maintain the quality of support by adhering to standards and guidelines for answering customer inquiries, recommend improved procedures;
- Maintain communication equipment by reporting problems;
- Provide regular and on-demand reports to the line manager.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- Fluency in English language;
- Experience in customer support, call centers, help desks or other relevant roles, preferably dealing with English speakers;
- Outstanding customer service skills with customer focus;
- Ability to analyze information and come up with solutions;
- Positive, pragmatic, professional attitude with good interpersonal skills;
- Ability to learn and memorize a considerable quantity of information;
- Business communication skills;
- Ability to stay calm under pressure;
- High attention to details.
