JOB DESCRIPTION
: 
4z.com is looking for a motivated, dynamic employee for Customer Support Representative position to work as a freelancer (remotely, from Armenia).
RESPONSIBILITIES
: 
- Answer to customers’ emails;
- Provide assistance to Company’s support team;
- Register customers’ accounts;
- Block, terminate customers’ accounts;
- Assist customers to configure phones and routers, to update firmware;
- Support customers to configure the adapter to send and receive faxes;
- Support customers with technical issues such as problem with equipment;
- Support customers to understand their invoices;
- Assist customers in case of quality problems, problems with routers;
- Assist customers with payment, connection or other technical issues;
- Responsible for configuration of phones;
- Review documentations and maintain the status on a regular basis;
- Perform other tasks assigned by administration.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English languages is a must;
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Analytical and solution driven skills;
- Team player;
- Ability to conform to deadlines;
- Self-organized, punctual, accurate and detail oriented personality;
- Flexibility, ability to prioritize the work;
- Free immediately.

REMUNERATION/ SALARY
: 
350 CHF (Net) plus bonuses for new clients and kept clients who wanted to cancel their contracts.
