JOB DESCRIPTION
: 
ProfiTech is looking for a Deputy CEO to oversee the Company’s operational processes, implement daily operations, aligned with the goals and the Company’s strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: 
- Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs;
- Oversee company operations and employee productivity;
- Provide leadership, direct and manage the team;
- Provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the Company;
- Work autonomously while ensuring CEO expectations are readily met and exceeded;
- Represent the Company with banks, business partners and other financial/ non-financial institutes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance;
- 3 years of work experience in finance/ banking sphere;
- In-depth understanding of the financial industry, including risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements;
- In-depth understanding of accounting principles, including budgeting, balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, and capital planning management;
- Demonstrated strategic leadership ability;
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Strong analytical and excellent communication skills;
- Demonstrated teamwork and organizational skills;
- Self-motivated personality; ability to work under pressure proactively and independently.
