JOB DESCRIPTION
: 
The Economic Case Manager will be responsible for individual economic cases management/coaching of beneficiaries.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: 
- Support in awareness, information collection and provision on economic support services;
- Close collaboration with selected families and individuals for development of individual livelihood support roadmaps;
- Conduct house visits and field trips;
- Conducting individual and case-specific follow-up support activities;
- Provision of direct job placement and employment support services to beneficiaries;
- Participation in roundtable/workshops with stakeholders on socio-economic issues faced by displaced population;
- Proper documentation according to coordinator guidance;
- Reporting, regular updates and information sharing on assigned components to Project Coordinator;
- Responsible for activities planning, successful implementation and monitoring.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in case management/ coaching, preferably in economic empowerment, livelihood activities;
- Higher education in a relevant field (Social Work, Business/Public Administration, etc.);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, ability to handle high-pressure situations;
- Proactive approach to create a positive and engaging relationship with the team members;
- Analytical mindset, ability to structure acquired data;
- Fluency in Armenian and English languages;
- Exceptional detail orientation and organizational skills;
- Strong familiarity with livelihood services, integration services and projects available in the country;
- Experience of working in emergency situations will be considered as advantage.
