JOB DESCRIPTION
: 
Tavush Charitable Foundation is looking for an Economic/ Community Development Programs Coordinator to manage the community/ economic development programs portfolio of the Foundation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: 
- Identify community/ economic development needs, develop program ideas and concepts based on findings;
- Cooperate with community and local authorities, other stakeholders to shape partnerships and boost community development;
- Assist community residents in activities contributing to economic stability;
- Develop, organize, and conduct training on community/ economic development, and/ or relevant topics;
- Provide field-based advocacy to community residents;
- Contribute to the development of the Foundation's pillars;
- Keep track of field-based developments in the region and funding opportunities;
- Engage in brainstorming, idea generation and proposal writing procedures;
- Involve in fundraising activities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- Higher education;
- Experience of working with any task management described above;
- Proficiency in English language;
- Good fundraising experience;
- Proposal writing skills;
- Project management skills;
- PC literacy: MS Word, SM skills.
