JOB DESCRIPTION
: 
German International Cooperation GIZ is looking for an Intern for the GIZ Private Sector Development and Technical Vocational Education and Training South Caucasus (PSD TVET) Programme. The Intern will support the Programme in the area of vocational education and training. The main responsibilities lay in the support of thematic approaches and communication tasks of the Programme. The Company very much welcomes applications from persons willing to learn and improve their abilities in a team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: 
- Prepare reports and presentations;
- Assist in the organisation of workshops;
- Assist the team in the organisation and implementation of meetings, training events, seminars, conferences, study tours, etc.;
- Ensure good communication and flow of information within the Programme;
- Organize and schedule appointments;
- Analyse and interpret statistical data, draw conclusions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- Student of at least 3rd year of studies, or a graduate holding a university degree in Educational Management, BA, Economics or a related field;
- Experience in international cooperation;
- Fluency in written and spoken Armenian and English languages; knowledge of German language is an asset;
- Good working knowledge of ICT technologies (related software, phone, fax, email and Internet) and computer applications (e.g. MS Office);
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
- Experience with online research and knowledge of digital and social media essentials;
- Flexibility, organisational skills, ability to work quickly under pressure and juggle multiple tasks is essential;
- Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving and team working skills;
- Ability to travel frequently in the country.
