JOB DESCRIPTION
: 
The Tumo Center for Creative Technologies is looking for a Learning Labs' Logistics Coordinator who will join Learning Labs team to coordinate the preparatory process for learning labs, manage learning lab leaders' reception logistics and follow up on learning labs processes. Learning labs are short-term intensive workshops/ projects that complement Tumo's learning curriculum and are led by accomplished professionals from across the globe.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: 
- Coordinate the preparatory process for learning labs including rooms' reservation, learning labs' scheduling, students' enrollment and recruitment, learning lab current and final outcomes' analysis;
- Ensure the planned learning labs' information's proper delivery to Tumo students; oversee the registration process;
- Plan and supply the learning lab leaders with all required tools, materials, accesses, software and equipment in advance, as well as follow up labs' smooth realization;
- Prepare and archive all data related to the learning labs (number of enrolled students, current and final outcomes of labs, students' attendance, recorded absence investigation, students' satisfaction and engagement surveys conduction);
- Manage learning lab leaders' reception logistics starting from travel arrangements, accommodation provision, transferring to the city, leisure activities to other required support provision;
- Cooperate closely with other units, provide the information about upcoming workshops in a timely manner, and follow up on assignments' proper execution;
- Prepare various statistical reports such as students' engagement/ enrollment to the workshops, cause-and-effect analysis of experienced problems, existing challenges and recommendations for their solution.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- University degree from a leading institution;
- Good time management and organizational skills;
- Excellent communication skills and public speaking ability;
- Knowledge of Armenian and English languages; knowledge of Russian language is a plus;
- Strong research skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Ability to maintain deadlines and ensure high productivity;
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.

ABOUT COMPANY
: 
Tumo is a free after-school program designed for teens. Since the program's launch in 2011, four Tumo centers have opened their doors in Armenia: in Yerevan, Dilijan (in collaboration with the Central Bank), Gyumri and Stepanakert (in collaboration with AGBU). A new, fifth Tumo center is planned to launch in the northern border village of Koghb, in Tavush. Under the Tumo educational program, students get acquainted with four main focus areas: animation, web design, game development and filmmaking, and ten complementary skills, including robotics, programming, photography, music and more.
