JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Dexatel is looking for a skilled candidate for the position of Business Development Manager for Local Market.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Analyze and create new customer opportunities in order to expand the business in local market;
- Responsible for daily communication and management of accounts with existing trade partners;
- Monitor and control current business;
- Communicate and arrange meetings with local business partners in case of necessity;
- Responsible for daily communication with the sales, marketing, technical departments;
- Take part in local conferences and events for business development.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Sales and marketing skills to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships;
- Goal-driven, persistent and skilled negotiator;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English language;
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented and initiative personality who will become a great team player;
- Very strong follow-up skills.
