JOB DESCRIPTION
: 
King Mampreh training center is looking for a Managing Director. The incumbent will initiate and run marketing, administrative and daily operations of the training center, as well as create relationship with existing and new trainer personnel and initiate students/ attendees enrollment into appropriate courses. He/ she will be in charge of all aspects related to King Mampreh training center successful growth. This position requires a minimum of 5 years managerial experience, preferably in education sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: 
- Engage local and international experts of their fields as trainers as per the needs of the market and retain the existing ones;
- Constantly apply innovative solutions to improve the education process;
- Proactively interact with trainers and trainees, to gather feedback to detect the problems and find the appropriate solutions;
- Organize and implement effective marketing campaigns to reach and retain the target audience;
- Create and monitor the constant high quality assurance mechanisms and procedures of all operations of the training center;
- Act as an entrepreneur of new educational, business and scientific projects and be able to manage the full cycle of projects from the concept up to its successful launch;
- Create and implement review mechanisms of educational programs;
- Organize PR and educational events to boost the training center brand;
- Ensure proper relationship with investors and implementation of the strategy of the training center;
- Create B2B relationships with all potential parties that have common interest in the overall strategy and business of the training center.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferable;
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and public speaking skills; proficiency in preparation and deliver of presentations;
- Excellent problem-solving and influencing skills;
- Experience of good communication on an international level;
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Experience in formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures;
- Ability to develop business plans and interpret financial data;
- Experience working under pressure.
