JOB DESCRIPTION
: 
Armenia Travel +M LLC is looking for an Office Manager to join its team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: 
- Manage email communication and answer phone calls;
- Responsible for documenting and records management;
- Organize and facilitate staff meetings, networking meetings and event planning;
- Manage office maintenance/ clean up;
- Organize and when needed order office supplies and stationary;
- Provide general support to all office departments;
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- Higher education;
- At least 1 year of work experience in administrative or related fields;
- Armenian, English and Russian language proficiency, both written and verbal;
- Advanced level of knowledge of MS Office;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Detail-orientation when it comes to work.
