JOB DESCRIPTION
: 
ID Bank is looking for a motivated and skilled candidate for the position of "Operation Day" Administrator to fulfill the responsibilities listed below.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: 
- Responsible for the Operation Day system administration;
- Responsible for user access management of the Operation Day system;
- Support the Bank's employees for urgent issues arising during work;
- Responsible for initial analysis of registered issues, registration of incidents and preparation of technical requirements to resolve the issues;
- Participate in integration with other systems and administration of deployed software modules;
- Responsible for testing of separate system modules updates, participation in works of introduction of a new release.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- Higher education;
- At least 3 years of work experience, with at least 1 year of experience with LSBank Online Operation Day system;
- Computer skills;
- Good knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages; knowledge of English language will be considered an advantage;
- Ability to quickly navigate;
- Communication skills;
- Willingness to work overtime if necessary.
