JOB DESCRIPTION
: 
The responsibilities of the role are to prepare and check regulatory reports, reconcile intersystem and clear exceptions, prepare intersystem reconciliation and clear exceptions, implement and follow up new legislation, implement area related projects, demonstrate leadership, develop and guide junior staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: 
- Responsible for calculation and monitoring of normative ratios on a daily basis;
- Prepare and check Central Bank regular and ad hoc reports;
- Ensure errorless submission of reports within the deadlines set by relevant regulation;
- Provide ad hoc management reports;
- Deliver high quality internal and external reports;
- Control reported balances by implementing intersystem reconciliation and ensuring all variances are cleared on time;
- Monitor and timely implement regulatory changes;
- Check and prepare quarterly publication as per Central Bank regulation;
- Check and prepare financial statements according to IFRS requirements;
- Stay updated on banking, group and tax regulation changes;
- Actively participate in initiatives aimed at improving and streamlining processes;
- Provide assistance in implementation of new projects required for reporting purposes;
- Work closely with junior colleagues, coach and develop them.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics;
- At least 5 years of related work experience in the banking sector;
- Good knowledge of accounting, International Accounting Standards;
- Good knowledge of banking and banking legislation; tax legislation knowledge is a plus;
- Analytical skills, accuracy and detail orientation;
- Proactive, dynamic self-starter;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Ability to manage and prioritize the workload in a multitask environment;
- Bank’s Chief Accountant license, ACCA (or similar) qualification is a plus;
- Good knowledge of written and spoken Armenian and English languages;
- Advanced knowledge of job-related PC applications.
