JOB DESCRIPTION
: 
Navavan is looking for a Seller/ Consultant to be responsible for helping to increase the store's sales by providing customers with all the information and attention they need. The incumbent will also handle inventory, set up displays and stock clothing racks or shelves and keep the store clean.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: 
- Handle customers in a professional manner, such as greeting customers and ascertaining what each customer wants or needs;
- Set up displays and stock clothing racks or shelves and keep the store clean;
- Participate in the promotions by presenting the products as well as informing about existing discount systems and sales;
- Responsible for customer support by providing necessary information about characteristics and features of products;
- Assist the Manager in receipt of the goods;
- Monitor the availability of price labels and their accuracy;
- Maintain records of dates and provide information to the Marketing Department;
- Deal with customer issues.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- Higher education;
- At least 1 year of working experience in trade and service is preferable;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian language; knowledge of Russian or English language is preferable;
- Participation in training of trade/ service is preferable;
- Customer service and negotiation skills;
- Stress resistant personality;
- Team worker;
- Willingness to learn.
