JOB DESCRIPTION
: 
Bookamed is currently seeking a Social Media User Acquisition Specialist, who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about social media, challenge himself/ herself and enjoys working in a multi-cultural team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: 
- Use LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp and email campaigns to contact potential users and persuade them to sign-up;
- Follow-up with users via email or other mediums to complete user registrations;
- Engage in meaningful conversations with users, respond to queries and log user feedback;
- Research health care organizations and healthcare professionals, and build datasets;
- Update Microsoft Excel datasets or records with new information;
- Maintain accurate records;
- Monitior and report KPIs;
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets;
- Assist, where required, other members of the Organization with ad hoc duties.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Social Sciences, English language or other relevant fields;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language;
- Ability to hold conversations with new and existing users through social media channels;
- Enthusiasm about using social media channels to acquire new users;
- Motivation and strong attention to detail;
- Experience in using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- Relentlessness and ambition to exceed expectations;
- Fast learner.
