JOB DESCRIPTION
: 
ID Bank is looking for an experienced, motivated and qualified Staff Training and Development Specialist to fulfil the responsibilities listed below.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: 
- Develop the internal trainings platform of the Bank, collect materials and further maintenance and control of the website;
- Assist in the process of recruitment and onboarding of new employees;
- Study, reveal regular training and improvement needs of Bank employees, prepare individual development plans developed for employees together with heads of interested subdivisions;
- Prepare annual trainings plan and budget, submit for approval;
- Prepare training programs, materials for bank employees, organize trainings, estimate effectiveness, summarize the feedback of trained staff and the results;
- Organize the process of evaluation of employees’’ professional abilities, personal features and behavior, work capabilities and compliance with the occupied position in an order defined by internal legal acts of the Bank;
- Establish cooperation with organizations offering training and consultation in the spheres of banking, finance and other related spheres in the RA and internationally;
- Improve the methods and ways of training and development by applying best international practice and innovations;
- Organize the attestation process for Bank employees, summarize the results.;
- Organize trainings for young graduates as well as the process of attestation of the latter.
- Introduce, follow up and improve corporate culture and unified standards of business ethics;
- Organize various team-building and corporate events;
- Prepare appropriate reports, submit them to competent management bodies of the Bank and various departments/institutions of RA;
- Complete tasks received from immediate supervisor and/or implement other functions defined by internal legal acts of the Bank.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- Higher education;
- At least 1 year of experience in organization and holding of trainings;
- Experience in preparation of trainings and evaluation plans;
- Experience in development of internal platforms/ portals, collection of materials, website development and update;
- Knowledge of RA banking and labor legislation;
- Excellent knowledge of computer (MS Office);
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Organizational and analytical skills;
- Ability to effectively work in a team;
- Ability to work in different situations, and effectively solve problems; quick orientation.
