JOB DESCRIPTION

Triosoft LLC is looking for a Customer Support Specialist.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: 
- Conduct trainings on restaurant and hotel software;
- Consult the new customers on the proper and efficient operation of the software;
- Manage current customers by phone, at a distance or by visiting.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- Higher education;
- Experience in this area will be considered as an advantage;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages;
- Ability to work individually and in groups;
- Skills for conducting training sessions;
- Computer skills;
- Aspiration for self-development;
- Ability to work under heavy load;
- Easy communicative and active person;
- Availability of a car will be considered as an advantage.
