JOB DESCRIPTION
: 
Symotec is looking for a System Administrator to join its team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: 
- Receive, analyze, and resolve users' incidents;
- Maintain clients' infrastructure and software;
- Advise users on the operation of the equipment and software;
- Upgrade and install clients' hardware, maintain and design office network;
- Implement data backup and restore policy, increase and maintain system security;
- Provide phone, email and web support;
- Manage and implement clients' CRM;
- Provide remote and on-site client support.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- University degree in a technical field;
- 1 year of experience in the sphere of technical support and system administration;
- Good team player;
- Instant problem-solving skills;
- Unix/ Linux and Windows Server administration skills;
- Knowledge of Windows domain controller, Active Directory;
- Skills in design, installation, and troubleshooting of computers networks;
- Excellent knowledge of TCP/ IP, DNS, DHCP, routing and network equipment, wired and wireless data transfer technologies;
- Hardware installation, upgrade, maintenance and basic problem-solving skills;
- Strong knowledge of system image and databases backup/ restore technologies;
- Knowledge of data encryption principles, VPN;
- Experience in working with technical documentation;
- Good knowledge of virtualization technologies in Linux and Windows;
- Knowledge of implementing corporate cloud systems;
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, MS Word, Excel; knowledge of MS Access, SQL is preferred;
- Fluent knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages; technical knowledge of English language.
