JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Instigate Mobile is looking for a Technical Support Specialist as a full-time team member to join its team in Yerevan and/ or Vanadzor, Armenia. Over time, he/ she will take a leadership role and support the data migration of large scale projects to the Cloud.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Perform diagnostics and issue resolution, identify offending queries, jobs/ processes, APIs, relevant logs, data, etc.;
- Identify the severity and priority of incidents to establish the target resolution and escalation timeframe;
- Work with customer to resolve configuration based issues;
- Guide customer on testing and reproducibility;
- Propose query language (SQL) related rewrites and optimisations;
- Escalate to L3 on all issues that cannot be diagnosed and resolved, while continuing to serve as a touchpoint with the customer;
- As part of a large multi-disciplined team of vendors, client, etc., the role will require active participation and involvement in solving complex technical issues such as SQL, operating system, network, cloud services, etc.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- At least 4 years of experience in Automation QA or similar role;
- Solid understanding of the overall software product development/ release lifecycle and practical experience in Scrum/ Agile development process, including JIRA, Trello and Confluence;
- Proficiency in fundamental technologies used in modern cloud data warehouses (Azure Synapse, SQL Server, Oracle DBMS, AWS Redshift, Google Big Query or similar);
- Demonstrated ETL project experience and tools such as Informatica;
- Practical experience of working on Linux platform;
- Excellent interpersonal and oral/ written communication skills;
- Excellent knowledge of verbal and written English language.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in the following cloud computing technologies: AWS, Azure, Google Big Query;
- Experience in continuous integration/ dev ops tools and technologies: Jenkins, Docker or Kubernetes;
- Team leadership experience.
