JOB DESCRIPTION
: 
The Trainer will be responsible for conducting training on lighting, use of photo equipment and videoconferencing system, as well as editing training focused on basic video editing and advanced photo editing. The training is designed for the staff members of the RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. Each training will have 3-5 participants. The indicative duration of the training is 3-5 days. The training will be conducted in Armenian language.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: 
- Conduct a training on lighting and how to set up and use photo equipment, participants' proficiency level: beginner, indicatively 8 hours;
- Conduct editing training:
a) Basic video editing, (including downloading a video, editing and saving it in the required format for publication, use of Adobe Premiere Pro, Edius, vMix), participants' proficiency level: beginner, indicatively 4 hours;
b) Advanced photo editing (use of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator), participants' proficiency level: beginner, indicatively 10 hours;
- Conduct a basic video-conferencing training on how to run and use the videoconferencing system, participants' proficiency level: beginner, indicatively 2 hours.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- At least 3 years of work experience in photography and video editing;
- Advanced knowledge of the following software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Edius, vMix;
- Experience in training in the above-mentioned topics is desirable.
