Career Center Partner Company, which is a retail company, is looking for an experienced Corporate Trainer to join its team.
- Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions;
- Conduct effective training programs with ready training modules;
- Update and customize educational materials such as training modules, training handbooks and tests;
- Keep attendance and other records of trainings;
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement;
- Monitor employee performance and response to training.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Corporate Trainer;
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools;
- Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching;
- Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint);
- Communication, presentation and public speaking skills;
- Fluency in English language;
- Organizational and time management abilities;
- Certification will be considered a plus.
