JOB DESCRIPTION
: 
Gebruder Weiss LLC Representative Office in Armenia is looking for a Transport Administrator to join its team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: 
- Organize and supervise daily transport process in both import and export directions;
- Regularly contact with consolidation hubs, plan shipments and coordinate with providers;
- Perform regular coordination with other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of the shipments;
- Responsible for daily upload and update of shipment information in Company electronic systems, accurate processing of data;
- Regularly contact with clients during transportation, ensuring high level of accuracy and customer support.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field;
- At least 2 years of working experience in transport and forwarding business;
- Strong team player with target oriented mind-set;
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills;
- Persuasiveness and ability to deal with difficult/ stressful situations;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Armenian and English languages; good knowledge of Russian language is an asset.
