JOB DESCRIPTION
: 
The "Children of Armenia" Charitable Fund (COAF) is seeking a highly experienced, creative and motivated Videographer to support COAF's operations and be responsible for the comprehensive production of all video materials.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: 
- Create and produce high-quality content that includes video, motion graphics and images, animation and still photography, covering COAF programs, activities, events and promotional materials;
- Plan, develop, and execute the shooting and production of exceptional content that captures the heart of COAF's mission, and the rural communities of Armenia;
- Manage camera operation, lighting, and sound, as well as all talent direction both on location and on site;
- Assist in the strategic development of initiatives involving video production, motion graphics, and animation;
- Edit video for a variety of lengths and a variety of platforms;
- Manage digital footage archive;
- Advise on the purchase of equipment, hardware and software;
- Maintain consistency of the brand and adhere to brand standards with all content;
- Maintain equipment;
- Stay up to date on the latest trends in video production and storytelling.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: 
- Professional background in videography;
- Knowledge and practical use of contemporary video editing tools and software;
- At least 4 years of experience in video shooting and editing;
- Creative mind; team player;
- Good IT skills;
- Excellent knowledge of the Armenian language;
- Highly organized, responsible and detail-oriented personality;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tough deadlines;
- Advanced knowledge of video storytelling;
- Shooting and editing skills in a documentary-style;
- Storyboarding skills;
- Ability to produce high-quality work on tight deadlines;
- Ability to pitch ideas in a compelling manner;
- Advanced skills in using all video equipment (including microphones and lights);
- Advanced editing ability (video and sound).

The Children of Armenia Charitable Fund (COAF) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization that employs community-led approaches aimed at improving the quality of life in rural Armenia, with a particular focus on children and youth. COAF's target development areas are education, healthcare, social and economic development. COAF launched its programs in 2004, starting in one village and expanding to 51 villages in Armavir, Aragatsotn, Lori, Gegharkunik, Shirak and Tavush regions. Since 2015, COAF has developed and started implementing a new vision - SMART Initiative. COAF SMART is designed to advance a generation across the rural world through education that will benefit individuals, societies and the environment. COAF SMART will become an exemplary model of development and will be replicated in other regions and communities throughout Armenia. The first COAF SMART Center was inaugurated on 27 May 2018 near the village of Debet, Lori Region, with an outreach to over 150,000 rural residents.
