ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ :
Armenian Red Cross Society is seeking for qualified and experienced coordinators of Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) activities. The successful candidates will play crucial role in ensuring the workflow of providing Cash/Voucher Assistance to beneficiariesՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ :
- Coordination of CVA component;- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement;
- Ensure the project component to be delivered on time, within scope and within budget;
- Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of CVA support;
- Reporting, regular updates and information sharing on assigned project;
- Close cooperation with stakeholders, partners, and ARCS other departments.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ :
- Higher education in a relevant field (Business/Public Administration, Business Management, Project Management etc.);- At least 3 years of Project Coordination experience in a related field is a must;
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities;
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, ability to handle high-pressure situations;
- Proactive approach to create a positive and engaging relationship with the team members;
- Analytical mindset, ability to structure acquired data;
- Fluency in Armenian and English (written and spoken);
- Exceptional detail orientation and organizational skills;
- Experience working in emergency situations.
