ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

The Community Development Lead is the vital bridge between the Foundation’s strategic goals and the actual needs of the communities we serve. You will focus on building sustainable partnerships, managing local programs, and ensuring that the voices of community members are integrated into the organization’s mission and programming.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝

Strategic Leadership & Program Management.
- Develop and execute long-term strategic plans for area-specific development.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of programs, from initial research and community needs assessments to final impact evaluation.
- Idea generation and project proposal development.
- Coordinate the Implementation of Foundation projects through annual workplans.
- Support the creation of proper systems and structures for Foundation interventions.
- Assess capacity requirements of established structures and systems, support provision of capacity development measures;
- Monitor project implementation progress and recommend adjustment measures as necessary. Regularly monitor the risks and implement identified risk mitigation measures.

Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships
- Establish and implement a close and efficient work liaison with local actors, potential beneficiaries, local and regional authorities and other local stakeholders;
- Serve as the organization’s representative at public meetings, task forces, etc … especially at local and regional levels.
- Advocate for community needs within the organization and to external policymakers to influence positive local change.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Bachelor’s degree in rural development, economics, business, or public administration, development studies, or other related field;
- Understanding of project/programme management cycle (including monitoring and evaluation);
- Knowledge of how to navigate relationships with diverse entities, such as government agencies, private corporations, and international NGOs;
- Understanding of financial requirements, including budget assemblage, cost-benefit analysis, etc;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Fluency in Armenian and English (exceptional verbal and written skills in both languages);
- At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in development programmes and projects, preferably in rural development or in private business /non-profit sector.
