RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, maintaining calendars, etc.;
- Plan meetings, distribute meeting minutes, agendas and meeting packages;
- Draft agendas, provide advance materials, execute follow-ups for meetings and staff conferences;
- Manage logistics related to business trips and other activities;
- Copy/ scan documents as needed;
- Process incoming and outgoing mails and other correspondence;
- Greet office guests and make/ serve coffee/ tea for project visitors;
- Perform other duties and tasks as required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Higher education;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Experience in banking sphere will be a plus;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Attention to details and an ability to juggle several tasks at once;
- Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills;
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a deadline-driven environment;
- Ability to demonstrate openness to change and manage complexities;
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
