JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Car&Van Rent a Car is looking for an active and communicative Administrative Assistant with a good knowledge of English and Russian languages to join its team.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Coordinate office procedures;
- Issue rental agreements;
- Respond to incoming calls, e-mails and text messages;
- Carry out other job-related tasks.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- University degree;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Russian and Armenian languages;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communicational skills;
- Computer literacy with a good knowledge of Microsoft Exec and Word;
- Strong customer service skills;
- High sense of responsibility.
