JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Impulse Management Company is engaged in the development of the city of Dilijan and wants an active, creative, loving their country and responsible Architect - Designer to become a part of its team. The ideal candidate likes to solve non-standard tasks, generate ideas and implement them. The Company is ready to teach and develop its employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Develop interior and architectural projects;
- Develop working documentation in the ArchiCAD environment;
- Conduct architectural supervision;
- Interact with contractors, engineers and suppliers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Higher education;
- At least 2 years of experience in design and implementation of interiors;
- Knowledge of ArchiCad with BIM;
- Experience in the development of working documentation;
- Understanding of the principles of operation and arrangement of internal engineering networks and systems of premises (heating, ventilation, water supply, air conditioning, etc.);
- Portfolio of completed works/ projects.
