Assistant to Chairman/ Finance Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Assistant to Chairman/ Finance Assistant will assist the Chairman and Finance Department with the administrative and financial work within the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

The job responsibilities of the Assistant to Chairman/ Finance Assistant include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assist the Chairman and Finance team with tasks conducted within the organization;
- Support supervisory staff by performing assigned and ad hoc accounting and clerical, administrative tasks;
- Perform bookkeeping, record keeping and basic accounting tasks;
- Prepare purchase agreements, hand-over acts, meeting protocols, other records as requested;
- Support supervisory staff in the inventory check and keep inventory operations smooth and efficient;
- Conduct basic financial analysis, data processing and other related tasks;
- Replace administrative/ financial staff members upon the need;
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Chairman and/ or Head of Finance Department.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- University degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related disciplines;
- At least 2 years of work experience in related fields;
- Sound judgment, problem-solving skills, initiative and results orientation;
- Ability to work effectively in teams with adaptability and responsiveness;
- Ability to handle pressure of meeting deadlines;
- Ability to multitask, while prioritizing work;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
- Fluency in written and spoken Armenian and English languages; knowledge of Russian language is a plus;
- Computer literacy with practical experience in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of AS is a plus;
- Ability and willingness to travel countrywide (at least 40% of time).
