Epiroc Armenia is now looking for a dynamic and ambitious Sales Support Specialist.

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining statistical information, preparing and updating reports relating to the activities of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Research and build relationships with new and potential customers;
- Collaborate with clients identifying their needs;
- Prepare commercial offers and presentations;
- Explore the location;
- Provide clients with the necessary information;
- Prepare and send to the customer the quotations and proforma, the content of which is determined by the sales team;
- Transmit information on orders to the respective departments after the order placed by the customers is approved;
- Update the sales team about the progress in orders by working in coordination with the supply chain and finance departments;
- Take part in project works and perform relevant tasks on as-needed basis;
- Provide professional and prompt service to all Epiroc customers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Experince in mining and construction;
- Advanced spoken and written English and Russan languages;
- Technical education/background will be considered as a plus;
- At least 1 year of practical related experience;
- Ability to successfully manage time, workflow, and schedule in order to meet deadlines;
- Readiness to gain new knowledge.
