JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Ameriabank's Investment Banking Service is seeking a qualified candidate to join its Corporate Finance team. Ameriabank's Corporate Finance team provides various corporate finance advisory services with key focus to help its clients in arranging project finance facilities from various financial institutions, including, but not limited to global and regional commercial and investment banks, private equity firms, development financial institutions, such as EBRD, IFC, ADB, FMO, PROPARCO, OEB, DEG, BSTDB, EDB, EFSE, EIB, EIF, OFID, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
The incumbent will assist senior colleagues throughout debt and equity fundraising processes for Ameriabank's clients, in particular:
- Conduct financial statements analysis;
- Conduct market research and analysis;
- Build financial models for project finance and other corporate finance advisory assignments;
- Prepare corporate finance advisory related materials (pitch books, teasers, etc.);
- Prepare presentations, investment/ information memoranda and related materials;
- Help transaction managers in drafting and negotiating project finance related transaction documentation;
- Develop and manage relationships with potential investors and clients;
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients;
- On an occasional basis the incumbent may be requested to assist senior colleagues from M&A Unit during client related M&A advisory assignments.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Mathematics or other relevant field;
- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field;
- Certification in a relevant field will be a plus: e.g. CFA, ACCA;
- Prior experience in working with financial institutions on project finance related transactions will be a plus;
- Prior experience in working with development financial institutions will be a plus;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Good knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards;
- Proficiency with financial modeling;
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills;
- Honesty and reliability, ability to maintain strict confidentiality and devotion;
- Ability to work under pressure and minimal supervision;
- Attention to details, diligence and ability to adhere to tight deadlines;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- An energetic, efficient, and resourceful team player;
- Advanced MS Office skills, good computer literacy;
- Excellent writing and speaking skills of Armenian and English languages; advanced working knowledge of Russian language.
