JOB DESCRIPTION:
JoinToHire is seeking an experienced Back End/ WordPress Developer to create attractive and user-friendly websites according to client specifications. The incumbent will be responsible for back-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the website back-end including database and server integration;- Develop new plugins with high code quality;
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and team to develop and maintain highly visible client websites.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong knowledge of PHP;- Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery;
- Demonstrated experience working within a CMS to create and update web pages;
- Working experience with MySQL or other databases is a plus;
- Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git is preferable.
