JOB DESCRIPTION:
Role description:Evoca is looking for a branch manager who will be responsible for sales development, maintaining high service standards, and effectively managing the staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
What will you be doing?- Identify customer needs, ensure a personalized approach, and fully satisfy them through provided services;
- Organize the provision of high-quality banking services at the branch;
- Manage operational risks and ensure compliance with internal bank policies and regulations;
- Attract new customers and strengthen relationships with existing ones;
-Actively carry out sales of banking products and promote cross-selling;
- Achieve the financial and operational goals set for the branch and ensure profitable and sustainable performance;
- Manage the branch team effectively, including staff selection, training, motivation, and continuous performance monitoring.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
What skills is Evoca looking for?- Higher education in economics or finance;
- 5 years of experience in banking, with a proven track record in management;
- Excellent knowledge of RA banking legislation, customer service, and lending processes;
- Strong negotiation and conflict management skills;
- Excellent knowledge of the AS-Bank system;
- Advanced leadership skills;
- Decision-making ability;
- Problem-solving skills in a fast-changing environment;
- Analytical mindset;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian.
