JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Central Bank of Armenia is currently looking for an experienced Budget Analyst to join the Financial Department team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with numbers, and is detail-oriented, proactive and well-organized.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare managerial reports, conduct financial analysis;- Participate in the budgeting process;
- Create and develop budgeting scenarios;
- Conduct reasonableness checks of input data;
- Develop managerial report templates;
- Participate in the development of effective controlling tools;
- Control and monitor budget implementation.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics;- At least 2 years of experience in accounting, budgeting, financial planning and/ or auditing field of financial organizations;
- ACCA, CIMA or other professional certification and/ or membership;
- Excellent knowledge of Accounting and/ or Management Accounting;
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS;
- Knowledge of field-related regulatory legislation;
- Knowledge of Financial Analysis;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel;
- Fluency in Armenian and English languages; knowledge of Russian language to read professional literature and communicate effectively;
- Communication skills;
- Flexible thinking;
- Analytical thinking;
- Teamwork skills;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work under time constraints;
- Deadline-orientation.
