JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Sef International UCO is looking for a Business Analyst. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Product Development Division team in the process of introduction, regulation and standardization of the new services and products. He/ she will be working in a hybrid business analyst/ data analyst role for the delivery of the Company's in-house software products.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development;
- Coordinate product testing process;
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
- Regularly liaise with branch employees to identify and solve the issues;
- Research and analyze market, users, products, competitors and industry;
- Participate in the construction of scoring models.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Educational background, preferably in Economics or Mathematics;
- 1 year of experience, preferably in the banking sector;
- Advanced computer skills; good knowledge of MS Excel;
- Knowledge of statistics and modeling programs, such as SAS, R, Python is a plus;
- Big-picture thinking and vision;
- Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously;
- Proactive and result-oriented person.
