Full-timeJOB DESCRIPTION:
Armenian Red Cross Society is looking for a Business and Marketing Coach who will be working in the frame of "Refugee Reception and Economic Integration" Project funded by UNHCR Armenia.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare economic integration individual intervention plan based on graduation approach:a) Conduct SWOT analysis of family;
b) Develop intervention activities;
c) Conduct regular follow-up and monitoring;
- Participate in Selection Committee meetings;
- Support in mapping of state and non-governmental organizations involved in economic development projects;
- Educate and assist businesses and self-employed in the utilization of marketing, record-keeping systems and other tools;
- Provide individual coaching and other technical assistance to people of concern (POC);
- Participate in team discussions, internal and external meetings and relevant trainings;
- Perform other job-related tasks that may be assigned by the Supervisor or the Secretary- General of ARCS.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration;- At least 2 years of work experience in business or marketing field;
- Self-motivated person, comfortable to work independently;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to relate to small business owners, regardless of professions;
- Strong interest in microenterprise or economic development;
- Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Organizational and time management skills; ability to meet fixed deadlines;
- Good command of oral and written Armenian and English languages;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Good familiarity with the situation of Syrian-Armenians in Armenia is desirable.
