JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Adwise Consulting is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and ambitious specialist to join its team. The incumbent will be involved in a wide range of consulting engagements covering such areas as business modeling, financial management, economic research and analysis in various industries within local and international projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Establish knowledge and understanding of clients' challenges and priorities to translate into opportunities;
- Build trusted client relationships through proactive project management and effective project delivery;
- Prepare proposals, perform consultancy ensuring smooth implementation of the project as well as reporting;
- Assist and/ or coordinate project team;
- Assist in pitching to clients;
- Network and build relationship with target groups and business community in general;
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- BA in Business Management or a relevant discipline, MBA would be an asset;
- At least 1 year of professional experience in finance/ banking/ consulting;
- Professional fluency in Armenian and English languages, good command of Russian language;
- Excellent project management skills;
- Ability to develop and present detailed, actionable proposals and plans;
- Aptitude for analytical and creative thinking, problem solving and conflict resolution;
- Excellent communication skills and sales orientation;
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of business environment in Armenia;
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

REMUNERATION/ SALARY: 

Fixed competitive compensation based on qualifications, plus client acquisition and retention incentives.
