JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Aregi LLC is looking for a Business Development and Innovative Software Specialist to join its team.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Search and implement new programs;
- Develop work automation software;
- Implement innovative programs and control internal process automation;
- Organize meetings as needed and present programs to employees;
- Responsible for market research and analysis;
- Identify consumer needs;
- Manage the entire proposal development process;
- Promote profitable relationships with business partners;
- Develop and improve branding strategy;
- Conduct sustainable income negotiations and conclude deals;
- Increase sales volume and promote brand awareness.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Higher education;
- At least 3 years of work experience;
- Excellent writing and speaking skills in English and Russian languages;
- Perfect knowledge of MS Office package;
- Knowledge of the operation of automated systems;
- Ability to learn new programs quickly;
- Flexibility;
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Perfect planning skills and analytical thinking;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
- Goal-orientation with an ideal organizational, time-management and leadership skills;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Initiative and commitment to work.
