JOB DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Coordinate the activities of business units in the HoReCa and tourism spheres;
- Arrange and coordinate the operations of the public park, tourist information center, city lake, etc.;
- Develop and propose tactical solutions to ensure business units are operating in a normal way;
- Arrange necessary repairs related to the operating units;
- Provide regular reports to the management;
- Arranges solutions of different operational issues occurred in the businesses on timely basis;
- Expand the customer base, collaborate to tour agencies to promote the services of the business units;
- Ensure the performance indicators defined for the business development;
- Initiate business meetings with prospective clients;
- Conduct research to reveal new development opportunities to meet customer needs;
- Develop and propose financial development strategies based on market research.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Degree in construction-related disciplines;
- At least 3 years of construction estimating experience;
- Superior organizational abilities and attentiveness to details;
- Personal initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment;
- Advanced computer skills (Autocad, Microsoft Project and MS Office);
- Fluency in Armenian and Russian languages; knowledge of English language will be considered as an asset;
- Good team player and a high degree of professional ethics.
