Ucom is seeking a candidate with strong analytical thinking for the position of Business Intelligence Analyst to support marketers in analytical scope by identifying, analysing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets, provide behavioral and ad hoc analysis for deeper understanding of customer base.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct market analysis; analyse each product lines;- Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for each product lines;
- Identify problems and opportunities within product lines and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the business' goals;
- Provide periodical market/ competitor research;
- Provide ad hoc analysis;
- Identify, analyse and interpret trends or patterns in data sets;
- Provide periodical customer behavioral analysis;
- Support line of business managers in conducting of pre and post-launch analysis and ad hoc analysis.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree in Statistics or Mathematics;- At least 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field;
- Technical expertise regarding data models, data mining and segmentation techniques; knowledge of SQL is a plus;
- Strong technology, analytical and communication skills;
- Proficiency in using MS Excel (advanced tools, macro is a plus);
- Good presentation skills: ability to explain a complex topic;
- Ability to reach targets within the deadlines keeping the high quality;
- Knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly MS PowerPoint, is a plus;
- Ability to understand business needs and transform them into business requirements;
- Ability to analyse a large amount of information.
