JOB DESCRIPTION: 
HSBC Bank Armenia is currently seeking a dynamic and ambitious specialist to join its team in the role of Business Management, Optimization and Planning Officer for Armenia.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Support RBWM (Retail Banking and Wealth Management) projects, provide business requirements for RBWM projects, represent RBWM in all relevant projects locally and at regional/ Group level, coordinate projects related User Acceptance Testing and handle other activities as required;
- Conduct analysis and research of RBWM products/ processes/ channels in order to come up with valuable recommendations for optimization;
- Support with planning of RBWM IT Order Book and further monitoring of IT and project related costs;
- Monitor RBWM Intragroup charges to make sure that costs received are in line with services provided, challenge and dispute as appropriate;
- Generate, analyse and present management information, provide specialized operational support to network and RBWM in scope of Run The Bank and Change The Bank projects and initiatives;
- Develop process flows and procedures stemming from RTB (Run the Bank) and CTB (Change the Bank) projects and initiatives;
- Develop and deliver trainings to the network and other stakeholders on new processes, procedures stemming from RTB and CTB projects;
- Provide specialized operational support to Network Distribution and RBWM as a whole within prescribed quality standards and deadlines.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Graduate/ post-graduate degree with business-related qualifications such as Economics, Banking, Financial Services or equivalent;
- At least 2 years of proven and broad-based financial services experience, concentrating on analytics, operations, or equivalent;
- Knowledge of local (mainly CBA) regulations;
- High proficiency in spoken and written English and Armenian languages;
- High level of self-organization and self-esteem;
- Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills;
- Strong ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines, ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously;
- Enhanced ability of forward thinking and proactivity, applying challenge and seeking insights;
- Ability to define, propose and persuade initiatives in line with strategic directions of the Business;
- Timely delivery of projects and within set budgets;
- Proven self–motivational, analytical, planning, negotiation, organizational, problem–solving skills;
- Demonstrable commitment and contribution.
