JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Ucom is looking for a Business Process Executive to execute Business process management: definition, improvement and management of the Company’s business processes, so they align with the Company strategy, priorities, resources, and increase effectiveness.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Identify existing processes, policies, procedures;
- Study, analyze and monitor the processes based on KPIs;
- Responsible for risk management;
- Process optimization suggestions and implementation;
- Ensure the compliance between business processes and internal regulatory documents;
- Responsible for development and implementation of new policies, procedures and instructions in the Company;
- Responsible for documentation of the Company’s processes, policies and procedures.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- University degree in the corresponding field;
- Strong analytical thinking skills;
- At least 1 year of work experience in the field of implementation of business processes;
- Knowledge of Business project management principles and methodologies;
- Knowledge of business impact analysis principles and methodologies;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Knowledge of risk analysis principles;
- Knowledge of the corresponding ISO standards is a plus;
- Experience in telecommunication sphere is a plus;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages.
